- Debit cards: If you currently have a debit card, there’s no blackout period—you can keep using your current card until you receive your new NueSynergy card. Then just follow the activation steps outlined above to start using your new card.
- Manual claim forms: Claims submitted in September may take longer to be paid (up to October 10, 2025). After that date, reimbursements will follow your employer’s regular processing schedule.
- Recurring reimbursements: Your year-to-date spending will automatically transfer to your NueSynergy account, but going forward, all future claims will need to be submitted through your NueSynergy account at https://nueaccount.com/home.

1. Visit https://nueaccount.com/first-time-users and click ‘Get Registered’.
2. Enter your name and ZIP code.
3. Complete the quick security verification.
4. Follow the prompts to finish setting up your account.

Yes! NueSynergy will mail you a brand-new debit card before October 1, 2025—a convenient upgrade that makes managing your FSA benefits easier than ever.
Here’s what to do once it arrives:
1. Activate your new card by making your first purchase—this will automatically deactivate your old Allied FLEX card.
2. If you don’t use your new card right away, your old Allied FLEX card will be automatically deactivated on October 31, 2025, and your NueSynergy card will seamlessly become your default payment method, ready to be used whenever you need it.
3. If you haven’t received your new card by October 1, 2025, just give NueSynergy a call at 833-941-6262.
4. Once your new card arrives, please destroy your old Allied FLEX card to keep your account secure.
