Renewal Instructions

Step 1: Complete Renewal Documents and provide payroll calendar.

1.1 Please complete your renewal by selecting the "2026 Renewal Packet" on the right

Note: If you wish to renew without changes, simply check the boxes labeled "No Updates" and initial at the bottom of pages 4 and 5.

1.2 Provide a copy of your payroll calendar(s)

Payroll calendars are used to schedule automatic deposits based on employee elections, so it is important to update them each year.

Note: If there are pay periods without deductions, note them on page 6. For multiple calendars, please specify which employees correspond to each calendar when submitting enrollment data.  

1.3 Please complete Non-Discrimination Testing Worksheet

Non-discrimination testing is required to comply with IRS regulations, ensuring that FSA benefits do not disproportionately favor highly compensated or key employees.

Note: Detailed instructions are included within the worksheet.

Step 2: Submit Documents & Review Renewal Reports

Submission Deadline:

Email the completed 2026 Renewal Packet to [email protected] by November 30, 2025.

Note: If you do not have a current method of sending enrollments over, please see enrollment forms or our enrollment census linked below in Step 3.

Enrollment Deadline for New Hire Cards:

To ensure delivery of FSA cards by January 1, 2026, enrollments must be submitted by December 8, 2025.

Review Confirmation Report:

Once your renewal and enrollments are processed, our Partner Support Team will email an Enrollment Confirmation Report to the designated employer contacts.

Note: Please review it carefully and notify us of any corrections or updates.

Non-Discrimination Testing Results:

Testing will be conducted after enrollments are finalized. Results will be shared by our Partner Support Team.
